The Fife Pension Fund office is closed until further notice.

However, a reduced number of team members are working from home to maintain a service to our members.  This means that we are unable to pick up any telephone calls at the moment.

The easiest way to contact us is by email at [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

We will only be receiving surface mail twice a week, so we would be grateful if you could email documentation, including forms relating to an impending retirement, to [email protected] or upload on Member Self Service (MSS). 

We encourage members to use to MSS which allows you to

  • Upload documents

  • View documents

  • Carry out calculations to help with financial planning

  • Raise a query

  • View annual statements

  • View pension payslips

Payment of Pensions

Our immediate business priority is to ensure that our current pensioners are paid on time.  We have robust processes and contingency measures in place to ensure that this is the case.

The LGPS is a defined benefit scheme set out in law and therefore LGPS benefits are not affected by stock market changes or performance of investments. Although short term investment values may vary, the LGPS as a long-term investor is securely managed to address any longer-term impacts.

We aim to continue processing new retirements despite operating a reduced service.
