2026 Annual Benefit Statements and Newsletters

Active and deferred member 2026 annual benefit statements are now available to view on our member portal. The member portal is easy to use and makes staying in control of your pension a breeze. You'll need to create a new account if not already registered but it takes less than 3 minutes to get set up.

To access your Member Self Service (MSS) account and view your Annual Benefit Statement click on the following link: MSS platform.

If you're a new user or you've not used MSS since the new platform was introduced in August 2025, you'll need to select "Create an account" on the homepage the first time you use the updated version, then follow the registration instructions.

Once you've signed up, you'll be able to:

• See how much your pension is worth right now
• See how much your pension might be worth when you retire and prepare a retirement plan unique to you
• Get your 2026 annual benefit statement explained to you in a personalised video
• View current and previous years’ annual benefit statements and pension documents
• Check your nominated beneficiary. Are the details up to date?
• Check your personal information. Have we got the correct details?
