Pension payments
Your pension is paid monthly into your bank or building society account in arrears on the 15th of every month, except where the 15th falls on a weekend or a bank holiday, in which case it will be paid on the preceding Friday.
You can change your bank details through our Member Self Service (MSS) site. If you are not registered, you can download and complete this form or notify us in writing (see contact details).

If you are not registered you can now access your pension details on-line by using our Member Self Service (MSS) site. To register for the site, click here, navigate to the 'Login' page and follow the instructions. If you have any problems registering with MSS please contact us.
The pay dates for the next 6 months are:
